2. Condition of Items

• All items must be returned in their original condition.
• Tags must be attached, and the product must be unused and unworn.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, alterations, or misuse.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, you must contact OutTheClosets within 14 days of delivery.
• Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
• Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

4. Store Credit & Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 24 to 48 hours.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been processed.
• Monetary refunds are only issued if OutTheClosets shipped the wrong item or wrong size.

5. Exceptions

• Discounted, clearance, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
• Certain items may be marked as non-returnable in the product description.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
