Standard Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Economy Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–8 business days.
Please note that these timeframes refer to processing and shipping times only and do not include the carrier's delivery time once the package has been shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. OutTheClosets is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. OutTheClosets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly and notify OutTheClosets so we may assist when possible.
Free Shipping
Orders of $149 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States, excluding clearance items and unless otherwise stated.
Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Pickup orders are generally available within 24 hours and are by appointment only.
